Importing Your Financial Data

Koku supports importing of financial data from the following standard financial formats:

  • OFX (Open Financial Exchange)
  • QFX (Quicken Financial Exchange)
  • QIF (Quicken Interchange Format)
  • OFC (Open Financial Connectivity)

To import your financial data from any of these formats, follow these steps:

  1. To get started, select Import... from the File menu...
    Import

  2. Locate the file you would like to import then click Choose.

  3. Koku will analyze the file and identify all individual accounts represented in the file. You can now select how you would like each account to be imported to Koku. From the drop down, select a new account type to create from the data, or you can also choose to add the data to an existing account in Koku, or instruct Koku not to import the account. Once you have made your selections, click Continue to begin the import.
    Choose Location

  4. When your import is complete, your account data will appear in the Koku window.
