Why doesn't my QIF file import?


Some QIF files do not import correctly right now. If you would like better support for QIF files in a future verison of Cashbox, please email us with a description of QIF example and attach your QIF file to the email.

Why does nothing appear in the report view?


In order for reports to work, you must first label your transactions.

Why does the report view appear all black?


The colors for the report slices are generated from the Text color of your Labels.

Why is Cashbox so slow now?


Cashbox reads a lot of information off of the disk when it starts up. This slows the application down a lot. This will be addressed in the next version of Cashbox.
