FadingRed is a privately held Mac software company located in Chicago, Illinois. We don't take outside investment and therefore play by our own rules — which are pretty fantastic if we may say so ourselves.
We don't believe in 9 to 5, working 8 hours everyday, or fixed vacation time. In fact, we don't buy into just about any of your typical corporate mumbo jumbo. We work hard because we love what we do. Our productivity does not come from deadlines and time sheets. We believe that if you don't wake up excited about work, then you are in the wrong place.
